We ship all orders the same day if you place your order before 14:00 (CET) on weekdays.
In Denmark, delivery typically takes place the next business day.
For international orders, delivery time depends on the destination — but we always ensure fast and reliable shipping.

Did you order the wrong size or style? No problem! We offer free exchanges for the right size — we cover both the return shipping and the new delivery.
Did you receive two of the same item as a gift? No worries! We exchange unused jewelry for up to 365 days.
How well does the jewelry last?
Our jewelry is made of high quality 316L stainless steel, and coated with an industrial Physical Vapor Deposition coating, which makes the jewelry resistant and durable to water, sweat, perfume and wear.
Therefore, jewelry does not rub off and only loses color with very heavy wear.
If you accidentally break a necklace or, against all expectations, a ring loses its color, don't worry - there is a 3-year warranty on all jewelry. That's why we will exchange your jewelry for a new one for free.
